Overview At NBMP Leadership LLC, we stand behind everything we offer. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Physical Products (Apparel, Home Goods, Books & Journals)
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To initiate a return, contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-returnable physical items:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Digital Products & Downloadable Content
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on downloadable content once it has been accessed or downloaded.
Live Training Events & Courses
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future event at our discretion.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at [your email address].
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
